RESERVATIONS
& CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call us toll free from the Mainland
and Canada at 1.866.764.7863 to verify that we can accommodate you on the days
you desire. No minimum stay is required. If your dates are available, we require
a $200 reservation deposit to hold these dates exclusively for you. We
accept Visa, Master Card and personal checks. Sixty
days prior to your arrival, your balance will be due in full. When the balance
is paid, your reservation deposit becomes a security deposit and is refunded to
you via check the Saturday after you check out. Deposits are subject to review
from our housekeeping staff and we will deduct for any damages or extra-ordinary
cleaning charges. Once
your balance is paid, the rents and taxes are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
should you cancel 30-60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 30
days prior to your arrival, you are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of rents
and taxes. Every effort
will be made to re-rent the time you reserved. We
realize that this policy may create hardships in the event of a cancellation.
We will in all cases attempt to rebook the condo and if we are successful in doing
so, we will refund a full 90% of your cancel fees charged, less any discounts
needed to secure the replacement booking. While you will find our condos very
homey and comfortable, they are none the less a business with some very high fixed
monthly expenses. Cancellations are extremely costly to us and it is often very
difficult to rebook our condos within a short 60 day (or less) window. Cancellation
refunds will be made exclusively in the form of a check from us and will be posted
on the last Saturday of the month the stay was cancelled.
